Noily (“the app”) is a Vietnamese first-words game made for toddlers and young children. We designed it to be safe and private by default. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your data.
None. Noily does not collect, store, or share any personal information from anyone. The app has:
Noily is intended for young children and is designed to comply with children’s privacy laws such as COPPA. Because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children. There is no personal information to gather, store, or disclose.
Settings (such as sound and voice speed) and pack progress are stored on the device only and are never transmitted anywhere.
Noily offers an optional Full Access unlock (a subscription or a one-time purchase) handled entirely by Apple through your App Store account. The app never sees your payment details. Purchase actions are placed behind a parental gate so young children cannot buy anything accidentally.
Parent-facing actions (such as opening this privacy policy) are placed behind a parental gate so that young children cannot accidentally leave the app.
