RackLens is an offline word-board assistant for iPhone and iPad. This page explains its privacy practices and how to get help.
RackLens does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data. The app has:
Photos you choose to scan are processed on your device. Recognised letters, board corrections and word suggestions remain on your device and are not sent to the developer.
RackLens offers an optional one-time Pro purchase. Apple processes App Store purchases and restores under Apple’s own privacy policy. The developer does not receive your payment details.
For help with RackLens, email donnguyen@snug.com. Please describe what you were doing and include your device model and iOS version when relevant. Do not send a personal photo unless it is necessary to explain the problem.
